Republic Polytechnic Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Republic Polytechnic Act 2002, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Republic Polytechnic Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The Republic Polytechnic Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st August 2002.
