Business Registration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Business Registration Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Business Registration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 15th August 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Business Registration Regulations 2003 (G.N. No. S 22/2003) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$100” in paragraph (1) and substituting “$50”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “$25 per annum” in paragraph (3) and substituting the words “$20 per annum”. [G.N. No. S 215/2003]
