Government Procurement (Application)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2016.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 14 January 2016.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 14 July 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 2 of Part I; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 16 of Part II, the following item:

“17. Republic of Moldova”.
