(Commencement) Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Child Development Co‑Savings (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Child Development Co-Savings (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2017.

2. Sections 2(2), 4(2), 5(2), 6(2), 11(2), 12(2), 14, 17(2), 18(2) and 19 of the Child Development Co-Savings (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016 come into operation on 1 July 2017.
