Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Shares and Debentures) (Specified Entities for Issuing Structured Notes) (No. 2) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “specified financial institution” in regulation 2(1) of the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Shares and Debentures) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 611/2005), the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Shares and Debentures) (Specified Entities for Issuing Structured Notes) (No. 2) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2008.
Specified entities
2.  The Authority hereby specifies the entities set out in the Schedule to be entities for the purposes of issuing structured notes.
