Environmental Public Health Act
(Chapter 95)
Environmental Public Health (Crematoria) (Amendment) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Crematoria) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1997.
Deletion and substitution of regulation 18
2.  Regulation 18 of the Environmental Public Health (Crematoria) Regulations (Rg 6) is deleted and the following regulation substituted therefor:
