Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development and Sports) (Amendment) Notification 2002

Variation of responsibility of Minister for Community Development and Sports

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st October 2002, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development and Sports) Notification 2002 (G.N. No. S 143/2002) by deleting the words “Grassroots Organisations.” under the subject “Community Development” and substituting the words “Grassroots Organisations (including Constituency Sports Clubs).”.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development and Sports) (Amendment) Notification 2002.
