(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Environmental Protection and Management Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 1 January 2019.

Amendment of Part I of Second Schedule

2. Part I of the Second Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management Act is amended by inserting, immediately below the substance “Hydrofluoric acid”, the following substances:

The following hydrofluorocarbons, including any mixture containing any such hydrofluorocarbons:

1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5-decafluoropentane

1,1,1,2,2,3-hexafluoropropane

1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane

1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane

1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane

1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropane

1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane

1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane

1,1,1-trifluoroethane

1,1,2,2,3-pentafluoropropane

1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane

1,1,2-trifluoroethane

1,1-difluoroethane

1,2-difluoroethane

Difluoromethane

Fluoromethane (methyl fluoride)

Pentafluoroethane

Trifluoromethane

Any manufactured product containing any substance mentioned in the opposite column, not being a container containing such a substance.
