Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) (Amendment) Regulations 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1997.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:

Adults and
children 10
years of age
and above

Children
below 10
years of age

Chua Chu Kang Muslim Cemetery

Chua Chu Kang Ahmaddiya
