(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act 1972, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Military Court of Appeal) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 7 May 2022.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Singapore Armed Forces (Military Court of Appeal) Regulations (Rg 5) are amended —
(a)by deleting the word “leave” in the following provision and substituting the word “permission”:
Regulation 18(3);
(b)by deleting the words “in camera” in the following provision and substituting in each case the words “in private”:
Regulation 23 (including the regulation heading);
(c)by deleting the words “Order 59 of the Rules of Court (Cap. 322, R 5)” in the following provision and substituting the words “Order 21 of the Rules of Court 2021 (G.N. No. S 914/2021)”:
Regulation 26(1); and
(d)by deleting the word “taxation” in the following provision and substituting the word “assessment”:
Regulation 26(2).
