Control of Essential Supplies Act
(Chapter 55)
Control of Essential Supplies (Petroleum) (Revocation) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Control of Essential Supplies Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and com mencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Essential Supplies (Petroleum) (Revocation) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 29th July 2003.
Revocation
2.  The Control of Essential Supplies (Petroleum) Regulations (Rg 1) are revoked.
