Enlistment (Advisory Boards)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Enlistment Act 1970, the Minister for Defence makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Enlistment (Advisory Boards) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 7 May 2022.
Amendment of regulation 10
2.  Regulation 10 of the Enlistment (Advisory Boards) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “in camera” in paragraph (1) and in the regulation heading and substituting in each case the words “in private”.
