(Commencement) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.

2. The Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st August 2002.
