Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2005, the Senior Minister hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005.
2.  The Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2005 shall, with the exception of sections 2 (c), (g) and (y), 42 to 82, 83 (a) to (d) and (f), 84 to 103, 105 and 109, come into operation on 1st July 2005.
