Trade Development Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Trade Development Board (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Trade Development Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  Sections 8 and 9 of the Trade Development Board (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st August 2002.
