(Exemption) (No. 29)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 29) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Golden Goals” promotion to be held from 4 June 2018 to 15 July 2018 (both dates inclusive);

(b)

the lottery called the “Golden Goals Daily Kiosk Game” to be held as part of that promotion where —

(i)	promotional slips are issued at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the casino premises at Marina Bay Sands daily from 7.26 p.m. on 10 June 2018 to 7.25 p.m. on 14 July 2018; and
(ii)	draws are conducted daily at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands at 7.30 p.m. from 11 June 2018 to 14 July 2018 (both dates inclusive); and

(c)

the “Golden Goals Finale Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands at 10 p.m. on 15 July 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
