Dangerous Fireworks Act
(Chapter 72)
Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) (Amendment) Notification 2009.
(2)  This Notification shall come into operation on 14th August 2009 and shall remain in operation until 31st March 2010 (both dates inclusive).
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 107/2009) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
“6.  Raymond Pyrotechnics.”.
