Banking (Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Banking (Amendment) Act 1998, the Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Banking (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 10th July 1998.
