Children and Young Persons Act
(Chapter 38)
Young Offenders Section
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development has declared —
(a)C2/3 of Block C; and
(b)E4 and E yard of Block E,
of the Changi Women’s Prison/Drug Rehabilitation Centre, 10 Tanah Merah Besar Road, Singapore 498834, to be a Young Offenders Section, with effect from 1st March 1994.
