Medicines Act
Medicines (Prescription Only) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Prescription Only) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 18th September 2000.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part I of the First Schedule to the Medicines (Prescription Only) Order (O 15) is amended by deleting the following items and their entries relating thereto in pages 139 and 192:
“CLOMAZOLE CREAM 1%
LAMISIL CREAM 1%
LAMISIL DERMGEL 1%
LAMISIL SOLUTION 1%
LAMISIL SPRAY 1%”.
