Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  Sections 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15 of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st August 2002.
