State Lands (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(1) of the State Lands Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the State Lands (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2007.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the State Lands (Fees) Rules (R 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items (1) and (11);

(b)

by deleting items (2) and (3) and substituting the following items:

“

(2) For every certified or photostat copy of any temporary occupation licence, receipt, grant, lease or other instrument issued by the Commissioner of Lands or Collector of Land Revenue

$5 per sheet

(3) For supply of quit rent information

”;

(c)

by deleting “$275” in item (4) and substituting “$800”;

(d)

by deleting “$210” in item (5) and substituting “$275”;

(e)

by deleting item (7) and substituting the following item:

“

(7) For the —

(a) grant of permission to mortgage property

$105

(b) grant of permission to assign property

$450

”; and

(f)

by deleting “$10.50” in item (8) and substituting “$20”.
