Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2003

Responsibility of Minister, Prime Minister’s Office

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Lim Hng Kiang shall, with effect from 1st August 2003, be charged with the responsibility of the following matters:

(a)	the Inter-Ministerial Committee on the Ageing Population (Chairman);
(b)	the Ministerial Committee on Marriage and Procreation (Chairman);
(c)	the Singapore Talent Recruitment Committee (Chairman); and
(d)	such other duties as may be assigned by the Prime Minister,

and that he shall be designated as the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2003.
