(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Prevention of Proliferation Financing and Other Matters Act 2024, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Prevention of Proliferation Financing and Other Matters Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Prevention of Proliferation Financing and Other Matters Act 2024 comes into operation on 1 May 2024.
