Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) (Amendment) Notification 2004

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Trade and Industry

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 28th June 2004, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 630/2001) by deleting the words “Shipping and Freight Policies.” under the sub-heading “Trade:” and substituting the words “Freight Policies.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) (Amendment) Notification 2004.
