Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Feeding Stuffs Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1996.

2. Sub-paragraph (a) of rule 7(3) of the Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) Rules is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$130” in item (xi) and substituting “$140”;
(b)	by deleting “$40” in item (xiv) and substituting “$45”;
(c)	by deleting “$90” in item (xv) and substituting “$95”; and
(d)	by deleting “$194.10” in item (xviii) and substituting “$200”.
