Planning (Development Charges)
(Amendment) Rules 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1997.
Deletion and substitution of First and Second Schedules
2.  The First and Second Schedules to the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) are deleted and the following Schedules substituted therefor:
