Undesirable Publications Act
(Chapter 338)
Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment No. 6) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(5) of the Undesirable Publications Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment No. 6) Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 24th August 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the following items:
