Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) (Amendment) Notification 2004

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Transport

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 28th June 2004, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 629/2001) by inserting, immediately below the words “Maritime and Port Policy.” under the sub-heading “Sea Transport:”, the words “Shipping Policy.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) (Amendment) Notification 2004.
