Fees (Registrar of Criminals) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Registrar of Criminals) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1996.

2. Paragraph 3 of the Fees (Registrar of Criminals) (Consolidation) Order is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$55” in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting “$65”; and
(b)	by deleting “$10” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting “$15”.
