(National Heritage Board — Exemption)
(No. 2) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (National Heritage Board — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2021.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“draw” means any draw to be held as part of the promotion at 61 Stamford Road, #03-08 Stamford Court, Singapore 178892 at 11 a.m. on the following dates:

(a)	28 June 2021;
(b)	5 July 2021;
(c)	12 July 2021;

“organiser” means the National Heritage Board established by section 3 of the National Heritage Board Act (Cap. 196A);

“promotion” means the promotion called “Trivia Tapper Lucky Draw” that is to be made available on the Instagram social media platform maintained by the organiser for 24 hours starting on each of the following dates:

(a)	10 a.m. on 24 June 2021;
(b)	10 a.m. on 1 July 2021;
(c)	10 a.m. on 8 July 2021;

“public accountant” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Accountants Act (Cap. 2).

Exemption

3.—(1) The organiser is exempt from sections 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the promotion and the draws.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
