(Ministerial Responsibility)
(Amendment No. 5) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 5) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 May 2024.
Amendment of Eleventh Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), in the Eleventh Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 14, replace paragraph (1) with —
“(1)Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing) Act 2019”.
