Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Olympic Esports Week Community Activations — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 15 June 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. In the Active Mobility (Olympic Esports Week Community Activations — Exemption) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 288/2023), in paragraph 1(2), replace “15 June 2025” with “18 June 2023”.

Amendment of paragraph 2

3. In the Active Mobility (Olympic Esports Week Community Activations — Exemption) Order 2023, in paragraph 2, in the definition of “specified event”, in paragraph (c), replace “15 June 2023” with “18 June 2023”.
