Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Act
(Chapter 132)
Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1996.
2.  Regulation 12(e) of the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$150” and substituting “$170”.
