Goods and Services Tax (Prescribed Information) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(6) and 86(1) of the Goods and Services Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Goods and Services Tax (Prescribed Information) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.

Prescribed information

2. The information specified in the Schedule is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 6(6) of the Act.
