(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Healthcare Services Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Healthcare Services Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Section 26, Part 4 and section 59(2) of the Healthcare Services Act 2020 come into operation on 26 June 2023.
