Healthcare Services (Amendment) Act 2023
(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Healthcare Services (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Healthcare Services (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2023.
2.  Sections 2(a) and (c) to (g), 3 to 17, 19 to 24, 26, 27 and 29(1), (2) and (3) of the Healthcare Services (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 26 June 2023.
3.  Section 25(d) of the Healthcare Services (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 26 June 2023 at 12.01 a.m.
