Slaughter-houses (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Slaughter-houses and Meat Processing Factories Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Slaughter-houses (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1996.

2. Rule 3 of the Slaughter-houses (Fees) Rules is amended by deleting the words “80 cents” in the fourth line and substituting the words “90 cents”.
