Land Titles Act
(Chapter 157)
Land Titles (Amendment) Rules 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 172(1)(b) of the Land Titles Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Land Titles (Amendment) Rules 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Land Titles Rules (R 1) is amended by renumbering item 7 as paragraph (1) of that item, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
“
(2) Attending to the preparation and lodgment of any instrument (other than explaining the meaning of the certificate of correctness referred to in paragraph (1))
