Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment)
Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Martial Arts Instruction Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1997.
Amendment of regulation 7
2.  Regulation 7(1) of the Martial Arts Instruction Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$11” in paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “$13”.
