Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 6th September 1999.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 1998 (G.N. No. S 176/98) is amended —
(a)by deleting all the items under the heading “CHARGES” in Part I and substituting the following items:
