Places of Safety (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(a) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Places of Safety (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 12th June 2006.

Amendment of Places of Safety Notification

2. Item (4) in the Places of Safety Notification (N 6) is deleted.
