Business Registration Act
(Chapter 32)
Business Registration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Business Registration Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Business Registration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 29th August 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Business Registration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (11), the following paragraph:
“
(12) For supplying information to any authorised person for purposes of selling packaged information or information on a bulk basis
 
$0.80 per prescribed particular of a business.
”.
