In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411, read with section 384(b), of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Companies (Commonwealth War Graves Commission (Singapore Branch) — Exemption from Section 379) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 28 June 2023.

Exemption

2. Commonwealth War Graves Commission (Singapore Branch) (UEN T15FC0152C), a foreign company registered under Division 2 of Part 11 of the Act, is exempt from section 379 of the Act.
