Common Gaming Houses Act
(Chapter 49)
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 17) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 17) (Amendment) Notification 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 17) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 287/2009) is amended by deleting the words “2nd August 2009” and substituting the words “27th September 2009”.
