Insurance (Amendment) Act 2009

Insurance (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Insurance (Amendment) Act 2009, the Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Insurance (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2009.
2.  Sections 2, 5 to 11 and 13 of the Insurance (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 1st September 2009.
