Misuse of Drugs Act
(Chapter 185)
Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1997.
Deletion and substitution of Seventh Schedule
2.  The Seventh Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Rg 1) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

(a)Licence to sell controlled drugs by wholesale
$120 per year or part thereof up to a maximum of $360 for 3 years.
(b)Licence to manufacture controlled drugs
$120 per year or part thereof up to a maximum of $360 for 3 years.
(c)Licence to import controlled drugs
$60.
(d)Licence to export controlled drugs
$60.
(e)Amendment to any licence on any single occasion
$20.”.
