Control of Plants Act
(Chapter 57A)
Control of Plants (Phytosanitary Certification) (Amendment) Rules 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Control of Plants Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Control of Plants (Phytosanitary Certification) (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st February 1999.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Control of Plants (Phytosanitary Certification) Rules (R 6) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (1), the following item:
“
(1A) Certification of plants, plant products or fresh cut flowers under the Assurance Certification Scheme
$32 per consignment.
”.
