Political Donations Act
(Chapter 236)
Political Donations (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Political Donations Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Political Donations (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 17th June 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Form 6 of the Schedule to the Political Donations Regulations (Rg 2) is deleted and the following Form substituted therefor:
“FORM 6
Regulation 10
UNKNOWN”.
