Nurses and Midwives Act
(Chapter 209)
Nurses and Midwives (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43A(3) of the Nurses and Midwives Act, the Singapore Nursing Board, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2006.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Singapore Nursing Board in accordance with section 43A(1) of the Act:
(a)any offence under section 18(7), 19(4), 26(1), 27(3), 28(3), 29(2), 35, 36(5)(b) or 38(2) of the Act; and
(b)any offence under regulation 13(2) or 41(3) of the Nurses and Midwives Regulations (Rg 1).
